Kansas Concrete Repair
Concrete repair is the first step for virtually every floor we resurface in Kansas. It’s the inherent nature of concrete that there is always an issue. Concrete shrinks and cracks, it is never perfectly flat.
Our process starts with filling holes and cracks then grinding the surface flat. We try and remove all the high spots so that out coatings are a consistent thickness throughout the surface. Our crack repair product has numerous unique features. It cures below grade, is flexible with extraordinary compressive strength. It is also compatible with our polyurea coatings and will not delaminate above the crack or repaired holes.
The final coating as a result will show few, if any blemishes. The floor will be flat lacking low spots where water can settle. This makes the floor easy to keep clean using only a broom and squeegee. The final product looks excellent and is labor saving whether on a residential or commercial floor.
