Wichita Commercial Kitchen Floor
Our Espartic coating system is ideal for commercial kitchen floors like this one we completed in the Wichita area.
First, the finished floor is bright. The final coating provides a reflective finish with minimal scratching.
Secondly we apply non slip particles into each coat. The process is to apply the right size into the coating not on the coating. This makes a difference. Non slip particles that are broadcast over the surface tend to dislodge over time resulting in a slippery surface. By using the right sized non slip particle mixed in the coating provides a long term result that complies with OSHA recommended Coefficient of Friction levels.
Wichita Garage Floor Resurfacing With Espartic
A garage floor like this one we completed in Wichita really makes a difference in cleanliness and usability. The concrete floor was perpetually dusty and dark until we restored the surface.
This is a typical residential garage that felt off limits and uninviting. It never felt like part of the house until it was completed.
Ou process is always the same, grind the surface, fix all the cracks and damaged concrete then apply the coating. This floor will last indefinitely. The coating has a unique feature of soaking into the porous concrete which makes it part of the floor. After the initial coat dries we apply a high build coat.
Wichita Garage Remodeling Project
This project was a large garage renovation project which started with a very dusty dark space. The owners wanted to take advantage of the size to remodel and add usable space and value to their property.
Light colors were chosen to enhance the lighting and provide a feeling of a large open area.
We started by repairing the cracks in the surface and fixing the damaged edges of the expansion joints you can see in the photo above. Then we ground the surface opening the pores of the concrete and removing the high spots in the floor. It is typical for concrete floors to have a wavy surface. We grind the high spots to avoid them bleeding through the final coating.
